Todo tu equipo debe conocer y comprender el objetivo\u00a0 para que participen en colaboraci\u00f3n para alcanzarlo. \u00bfEs la meta suficientemente detallada que cualquier colaborador entiende qu\u00e9 va a hacer y c\u00f3mo?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ejemplo:\u00a0<\/strong><span style=\"color: #33cccc;\"><strong>Incrementar el tr\u00e1fico en la web.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #33cccc;\">Medible\u00a0 (Measureable)<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Debes poder medir tu objetivo. Es imposible alcanzar algo que no puedas medir.\u00a0<strong>Lo\u00a0 que no se puede medir, no existe.\u00a0<\/strong>Aseg\u00farate de que tus objetivos sean cuantitativos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ejemplo: <\/strong>Incrementar el tr\u00e1fico en la web en un <span style=\"color: #33cccc;\"><strong>30%.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #33cccc;\">Alcanzable\u00a0 (Achievable)<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>No dejes de ser ambicioso pero escala paso a paso. Si tu objetivo es demasiado\u00a0 ambicioso, corres el riesgo de que tu y t\u00fa equipo se desmotiven intentando alcanzarlo. Todo el equipo debe creer que el objetivo es alcanzable y sentir que mientras m\u00e1s cerca est\u00e9n del objetivo, m\u00e1s motivaci\u00f3n tendr\u00e1n.<\/p>\n<p>Tu objetivo debe sacar lo mejor de ti. Procura que sea ambicioso pero posible.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #33cccc;\">Realista\u00a0 (Realistic)<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Recuerda que para iniciar un <a href=\"https:\/\/mc.mariacristal.com\/marketing\/como-crear-tu-estrategia-de-marketing-digital\/\"><strong>plan estrat\u00e9gico debes hacer un an\u00e1lisis externo e interno<\/strong> <\/a>para obtener un diagn\u00f3stico de la empresa.\u00a0 Tu objetivo debes fijarlo bajo par\u00e1metros realistas. Aj\u00fastalo a la realidad del diagn\u00f3stico obtenido.
